Books & Publications
Some ideas need more than a LinkedIn post.
Believe me. I’ve tried fitting enterprise architecture into 300 words. It doesn’t always end well. 😂
This is where I share the longer-form thinking behind my work. Books, frameworks, research, and practical guides about business transformation, Business AI Architecture, and the AI-DLC.

TXMBOK
Transformation Execution Management: Body of Knowledge
Why do so many transformation programs struggle between strategy and execution? That’s one of the questions behind TXM.
The work brings together the disciplines needed to engineer, execute, and continuously improve business transformation. At the center is a simple model: Engineer → Execute → Excel.
The goal is to make transformation less dependent on heroic individuals and more grounded in repeatable methods, accountable execution, and measurable outcomes.

The AIchitect: Collision
What happens when AI meets the realities of enterprise architecture?
AI is changing how software is designed, developed, and operated. But enterprises aren’t blank sheets of paper.
They have legacy systems, business rules, security requirements, regulations, people, and decades of accumulated decisions. What happens when increasingly capable AI collides with that reality?
That’s the territory I’m exploring in The AIchitect: Collision. Not just what AI might do. But what it takes to make AI useful, reliable, and responsible inside real businesses.
Practical guides
Working references. Not shelf decorations.
I’m also developing shorter resources for people who want to apply these ideas directly. Although I wouldn’t complain if they looked impressive on a shelf too. 😂
